Meet LaDonna Raeh

LaDonna Raeh is more than a media personality—she’s a force in entertainment, radio, and storytelling. With a voice that resonates, a presence that captivates, and a passion that drives purpose, LaDonna Raeh brings decades of experience across radio, television, film, and live performance to every microphone she touches.

Inspired by Chicago’s radio scene and the legends at 107.5 WGCI, LaDonna Raeh began her journey behind the scenes as an intern and board operator at 103.5 FM WBTU in 2000, working with Gene “Airman” Phillips. Her early days of taking listener calls, loading commercials, and editing audio gave her a solid foundation—and sparked a love for media that never left.

She broke into acting in 2004 (Roll Bounce) and earned her title as an actress with a powerful role in From Slavery to the White House in 2023. But her storytelling roots go deeper. In 2012, LaDonna Raeh launched her acclaimed podcast, Life and the Public Figure, interviewing iconic voices such as Dionne Warwick, Full Force, Big Daddy Kane, Syleena Johnson, and more—celebrating them in life rather than waiting for legacy. Her passion for honoring others led to over 55,000 dedicated listeners.

LaDonna Raeh’s voice has been heard nationally—whether singing on The Steve Harvey Show, narrating audiobooks like Break Point by Yahra St. John, or serving as the voice of the Dallas Arts District. As a writer, producer, and director, she brings stories to life, including music videos like Conya Doss’s Here For You.

Currently, LaDonna Raeh is the co-host of The Afternoon Show and The Wake Up Show Chicago on 1690 AM WVON, where she also produces. She continues to lead engaging conversations as host and producer of The LaDonna Raeh Show on YouTube, featuring celebrity interviews, creators, and changemakers.

Whether behind the mic or in front of the camera, LaDonna Raeh is a storyteller at heart—connecting with audiences, creating space for voices to be heard, and keeping it real every step of the way.
